Ordinary Membership: granted to
only one nationally recognised packaging organisation/institution
of each country.

Affiliate Membership: granted to
all other International, National, Professional or
Industrial non-profit making organisations largely concerned
with, interested in or working on packaging and allied
problems.
(Ordinary and Affiliate Members are country members of APF)

Associate Membership: granted to a
recognised packaging centre, institute or organisation
representing a non-Asian country which has agreed to abide
by the APF statutes.

Corporate Membership: granted to a
recognised privately owned Asian or non-Asian corporation.

Individual Membership: granted to
individuals in the packaging field.
-
Honorary Membership: granted to an
individual who has given distinguished service to the APF
and has been commanded by the Board and accepted by the
General Assembly.
Enroll as a member of APF and
strengthen its endeavours to improve and develop the packaging
status and derive the benefits of its extensive network.

AsiaStar
- an annual event - The Recognition for Packaging
Excellence
Since 1972 AsiaStar, the only Asia-wide
packaging award, has been presented for excellence in
packaging design or technology. Winning companies gain
recognition for outstanding achievement with an attractive
trophy, the right to use the AsiaStar logo for self-promotion
and publication in several magazines and on APF website. The
panel of judges consists of experts from APF member countries.
To ensure that entries represent the highest quality, AsiaStar
entries should have already won a national award. The student
award recently introduced is to encourage and recognize
student merit and achievement.
The AsiaStar Trophy and Certificate are
awarded at a momentous reception ceremony.

strongly committed to supporting and developing high quality
packaging education.
APF Publications: Asian Packaging
Bulletin, a quarterly published by the APF secretariat is the
ideal medium for members to share their developments in the
field of Packaging.
The member countries are entitled to
